Just a stone's throw from the center of Ajaccio, this hike can be enjoyed by the whole family, and offers lovely panoramic views over the town and the Gulf. Starting from the Bois des Anglais, the path gradually rises to reach the ridges. The fragrance of the myrtle, olive and fig trees that line the path will intoxicate your nostrils, and your eyes will sparkle at the sight of the Sanguinaires islands. The descent takes you close to the Trottel beach, an ideal excuse for a dip in the sea.
