To admire the beauty of the Sanguinaires islands, head for the vast site of La Parata and follow the path that starts near a small chapel on the route des Sanguinaires. You'll walk along a small path overlooking the sea. At every turn, spectacular views of the Sanguinaires and the cove of Minaccia are revealed. The walk ends on the magnificent beach of Capo di Feno, where it's advisable to remain vigilant against the waves. You can also go in search of the shells known as "Sainte-Lucie" eyes!

The site extends in depth from 8 to 42 meters, located approximately 500 meters from the coast on the road to the Sanguinaires Islands. Two rocky points, a few dozen meters apart, characterize the area. The first rises to 8 metres, while the second reaches 12 metres. Just at the foot of these elevations, a huge flat stone rests on a rocky mass, allowing you to pass beneath it. It is this stone that gives the site its name. Heading north, a canyon appears, reaching a depth of around 45 metres.

An imposing boulder lies between 22 and 42 meters below the surface. Moving away from this boulder on the sand, a gentle slope descends to 47 meters, where a drop-off of madrepores extends to a depth of around 70 meters. As for the flora and fauna, the boulder is adorned with red gorgonians, while lobsters, capons, moray eels, conger eels, dentex and amberjacks are frequently seen in the open water. A magical place.
