With over 3 million bottles shipped worldwide each year, Champagne Louis Roederer is one of the appellation's leading names. It is also one of the few remaining independent brands, in the hands of the same family for two centuries. Today, Roederer is also Deutz for champagnes in France, two other brands in California, including Roederer Estate, the great Delas trading house in the Rhone Valley, Ott in Provence and a number of châteaux in Bordeaux. Our favorite is the Cuvée Brut Nature 2018, a perfect expression of the black soils of Cumières.
