I decided to evaluate my visit after reading the book by writer Tilar Mazzeo, "History of the Champagne Empire and the Woman Who Built It". The visit was amazing, with a quick glance to the underground cellars and the newest part of the winery, ending with a tasting of the Champagne Rosé. It was incredible. I recommend not only the visit to Reims, but also the book. Toast to Barbie-Nicole Ponsardin

We took our adult children on a tour and they really enjoyed knowing more about champagne and how it is made. It is quite an adventure and lots of artistic influence. The champagne is as good as verve and the lounge area for tasting is interesting.

On découvre l’histoire de la maison et le savoir-faire derrière cette marque emblématique. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la dégustation, qui permet de découvrir pleinement la qualité de leurs champagnes.
Cependant, le prix de la visite est un peu élevé par rapport à l’expérience globale.

Guidé par Steeve, j’aurais beaucoup appris lors de la visite des caves Veuve Clicquot (formule « Une seule qualité, la toute première »).
La dégustation de quatre Champagne puis un repas au Café Clicquot ont conclu avec beauté cette visite. Bonne année

Super belle experience pour la visite a la Cave. Ce n'est pas notre premier visite, mais nous avons été ravie par la visite guidée d'une magnifique dame (ancienne prof d'anglais) une vraie passionné quo a su nous transmettre avec emotion l'histoire de la Veuve Clicquot. Nous sommes aussi passée par la boutique. Que dure du service a la clientèle impeccable, notamment de Baptiste et Chimene. Nous reviendrons sûrement en visite. Hate a notre prochain voyage de Montréal.

Our guide today was absolutely phenomenal. Attentive, knowledgeable and kind. Unfortunately the rest of the experience lacks compared to the other premium houses of the area. The “visitor centre” model feels touristy and discourages deeper engagement with the houses wine, story and process.

Führerin konnte nicht gut englisch bzw. Ihr Akzent war zu stark. Sogar Besucher aus englischsprachigen Ländern konnten die Dame nur schwer bis gar nicht verstehen. Bei anderen Champagner Herstellern war dies nicht der Fall. Daher sehr enttäuschend.

Très décevant. Une heure d expérience en tout. Dont 30 minutes en cave. Une visite de cave expédiée et sans véritable intérêt. L histoire de la maison est survolée. La dégustation comprend 2 verres de champagne et un plateau dégustation très très limité (cf photo). J ai osé redemander une tranche de pain, on m’a dit « non ce n est pas possible ! »…. Pour 60 euros par personne, dans une maison comme celle la, la qualité de la prestation est loin d’être à la hauteur.

진짜 자세히 샴페인에 대해서 설명해주시고 시음할때도 각각 샴페인에 대해서 잘 설명해주새여. 그리고 궁금한게 있으면 질문하면 잘 설명해주십니다. 투어 끝나고 샵에서 살거도 많고 샴페인도 가격 괜찮은거 같아서 이것저것 많이 샀어요. 다른 외국인 분들 보니까 샴페인만 해도 몇병씩 사더라고요 추천합니다

Wir haben hier den Champagner Keller besichtigt. Sehr sehenswerter Champagner Keller und informative Führung. Es wurden viele Hintergründe zur Entstehung vermittelt. Dazu hatten wir die Gelegenheit vier Champagner zu probieren.
