This renowned House is now run by Jean-Baptiste Geoffroy, who strives to vinify fine champagnes from his Premier Cru terroirs. Having happily examined the entire range, from champagnes to red Cumières and ratafias, here are our favorites: the Cuvée Pureté. With no dosage, its precision is impressive. Cuvée Blanc de rose, made by maceration of pinot noir and chardonnay, is sublime with red tuna sashimi. And let's not forget the Cumières rouge Meunier 2015. Sensational with red mullet!
