Today, Vincent Laval is in charge of the family business created by his father Georges in 1971. On this estate, all the vines are grown according to the principles of organic agriculture. The different cuvées are patiently aged for 2 to 4 years in beautiful vaulted cellars that can be visited. Special mention goes to Les Hautes Chèvres, an organic Brut Nature 2013, made from old meunier vines with very low yields. A marvel to be enjoyed with warm apple foie gras. Cheers!

This renowned House is now run by Jean-Baptiste Geoffroy, who strives to vinify fine champagnes from his Premier Cru terroirs. Having happily examined the entire range, from champagnes to red Cumières and ratafias, here are our favorites: the Cuvée Pureté. With no dosage, its precision is impressive. Cuvée Blanc de rose, made by maceration of pinot noir and chardonnay, is sublime with red tuna sashimi. And let's not forget the Cumières rouge Meunier 2015. Sensational with red mullet!

From the outset, this family home impresses with its original approach. If time permits, your hosts will take you to discover their 10 ha vineyard, certified HVE and VDC, in a 2CV. Their 5-hectare vineyard, certified organic since 2016, is cultivated using virtuous, common-sense practices. You'll love the organic Rosé de Saignée and its surprising color, as well as the Cuvée Prestige Millésimée 2012, which will enchant you with its finesse. Founded in 1878, Veuve Maître Geoffroy has evolved perfectly with the times; techniques have been modernized without leaving behind the traditional spirit of the family. Today, the vines of pinot noir, meunier and chardonnay are cultivated using sustainable methods. The Cuvée Brut Carte Rouge, the emblem of the House, is a favorite. Full of finesse, it is also very round with its fruity side. The Carte d'Or Millésime is not to be outdone. This very expressive and complex wine will have its place at the table.

Of French-Filipino origin, Florence Duchêne is a young winemaker full of ambitions! Since her return to the Domaine in 2012, she has been energetically perpetuating the work of her ancestors while bringing a more spiritual and creative vision thanks to her numerous trips around the world. HVE certified since 2018, the vineyard is worked in a reasoned approach where the well-being of the vines is paramount. The House offers 6 wines of fine gastronomy.
