For this owner-grower, conviviality is the watchword. Respectful of tradition, they spontaneously welcome visitors on their own or in groups to discover the vineyards, the stages of production and the old chalk cellars where the vintages are aged at a constant temperature. The grapes are harvested using an old-fashioned press for parcel-by-parcel selection, vinified in vats and barrels, and stored in pure chalk cellars. Finish with a tasting and extend your stay at Grappes d'Or, their bed and breakfast.
