Jacques Diebolt, the current manager, learned his trade from his grandfather who owned 5 hectares of vines in Cramant. 1978 marked a real turning point in the history of the estate with the construction of a vast cellar opposite the house. The numerous plots of land form a beautiful mosaic of terroirs and give birth to 6 champagnes praised by real connoisseurs and the specialized press. We have a particular fondness for the Fleur de Passion, a precious and delicate wine.

Jean-Louis Bonnaire carries on the tradition of a house founded in 1932 by Fernand Bouquemont. A 22-hectare vineyard gives birth to several wines. The brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is the very expression of the Cramant terroir at its most youthful. Our favorite is Cuvée Variance, a 100% Chardonnay champagne vinified and aged in oak barrels. An expressive nose reveals notes of vanilla and white flowers. On the palate, woody aromas are sure to delight gourmets in search of a champagne with character.

Passionate winegrowers for 5 generations, the Crépaux family owns vineyards in different areas of the Champagne region such as the prestigious Côte des Blancs, the Montagne de Reims or the Vallée de la Marne. Belonging to a family whose name comes from a Belgian family who settled in Damery, the village where Nicolas Suenen, his great-great-great-grandfather, was born, Aurélien Suenen is a very conscientious winegrower who has been able to rethink the cultivation of his family's vineyard, in a reasoned way with practices that had been abandoned, and the abandonment of certain others (use of herbicides).
