The estate has 12 hectares of vines planted on the Cramant terroir and cultivated using the "lutte raisonnée" method by a brother and sister with a passion for viticulture. Among their emblematic cuvées, Cuvée 555 is a Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru, vinified in barrels from a selection of exceptional plots, aged on lees and bottled in magnums (100 bottles/year). The house offers accommodation at the heart of its operation: a comfortable, large-scale gîte and cosy chambres d'hôtes, in the soothing setting of the vineyard.
