Jacques Diebolt, the current manager, learned his trade from his grandfather who owned 5 hectares of vines in Cramant. 1978 marked a real turning point in the history of the estate with the construction of a vast cellar opposite the house. The numerous plots of land form a beautiful mosaic of terroirs and give birth to 6 champagnes praised by real connoisseurs and the specialized press. We have a particular fondness for the Fleur de Passion, a precious and delicate wine.
