La Chanteracoise, France's last truly artisanal biscotti factory, has been perpetuating its know-how in Périgord Blanc since 1950. Taken over in 2005, it continues to delight gourmets with its crisp, golden biscottes, available in a variety of recipes: authentic, chocolate chips, pink pralines, 7 cereals... as well as toast and croutons!

Ces biscottes sont bien meilleures que celles du supermarché ! Il s'agit d'une petite entreprise familiale, où tout est fabriqué sur place. Si vous n'êtes pas à proximité de l'usine, plusieurs commerces locaux vendent leurs produits. Gardez donc l'œil ouvert.

Nous y allons depuis des années, très bons produits. A deguster sans moderation. Vendeuse très agréable, serviable et souriante. Ne pas hésiter à faire un détour pour découvrir la charmante boutique avec vue sur la fabrique à biscottes.
