La Chanteracoise, France's last truly artisanal biscotti factory, has been perpetuating its know-how in Périgord Blanc since 1950. Taken over in 2005, it continues to delight gourmets with its crisp, golden biscottes, available in a variety of recipes: authentic, chocolate chips, pink pralines, 7 cereals... as well as toast and croutons!
