A castle built as a summer residence for a charming young lady by her lover, returning from India, fortune made.

Built in 1889 by a wealthy merchant from the colonies, this Tudor-style manor house is located in the Isle Valley, and its large park invites you to take a stroll! Most rooms overlook the park. Spacious, they feature an original fireplace, king-size bed and bathroom with toiletries. The table d'hôtes offers a unique menu inspired by regional cuisine, updated with local and organic produce. Breakfast is served in the kitchen, on a large period table.

Une expérience unique en ce lieu hors du temps! Quatre jours de rêve en famille dans ce château atypique qui nous a fait voyager dans le temps de par l'ambiance et la noblesse des matériaux d'époque cohabitant harmonieusement avec l'art contemporain. Les châtelains sont d'une gentillesse et d'une attention rares, c'est une expérience vraiment unique! Les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses, très calmes avec une vue sur le parc. La cuisine est juste incroyable, d'une grande finesse dans les saveurs et un dressage digne des grandes tables.Les produits de base sont excellents car issus de producteurs locaux.

Amazing location. Our hosts Leila and Stefan were delightful. Stefan enthusiasm and good mood are communicative. He cooked us a wonderful dinner from locally sourced product and I the best chocolate fondant ever. Also to mention: his English is perfect.
High quality at a reasonable price, my wife and I thoroughly recommend Château la Thuilière
