Champagne has been produced on this estate since 1925. Five generations of winegrowers have already succeeded one another in this vineyard in the Bouzy Grand Cru, which offers a fine range of 6 elegant, refined champagnes, as well as a Bouzy red. Special mention goes to the Blanc de Noirs cuvée, which reveals a lovely roundness and delicate freshness, underlining Bouzy's characteristic power and finesse, and to the Barbara cuvée, which combines aromatic richness and mineral freshness, embodying the elegance of its Grand Cru terroir.
