Marguet Bonnerave was founded in Ambonnay in 1875 by Émile Marguet. Since 2005, the house has been called Marguet Père et Fils, and Benoît, a fifth-generation winegrower, is now in charge of the estate, a biodynamic, phytotherapeutic and aromatherapeutic vineyard, where the soil has been worked by draught horse since 2010, for the well-being of the land. The estate concentrates its efforts on a small but highly prized number of cuvées: Shaman, Shaman Rosé, Yuman Blanc de Blancs...
