A young house, but one that can and must become a Grande, as its Champagne is classified as 100% Grand Cru. A quick reminder: there are three different crus in Champagne: Grands Crus, Premiers Crus and Champagnes sans cru. Only 17 communes (just 13% of the appellation's surface area) are 100% Grand Cru. This is the case of Ambonnay, the commune where the entire Paul Croizy vineyard is located. In short, Paul Croizy Champagne is made exclusively from grapes grown on the noblest terroirs in the Champagne kingdom!
