This atypical bakery offers natural sourdough breads, kneaded by hand and baked over a wood fire using local, organic flours. Brioches and other sweets are also on sale every day. All products are available at the bakery, in numerous outlets in the region, and even at the hotel restaurant La Villa Romaine in Carsac during the summer. Deliveries are also made to school canteens in Salignac-Eyvigues, Prats-de-Carlux, Saint-Geniès, Saint-Amand-de-Coly, Proissans, Vitrac and La Roque Gageac.
