Thérèse and Michel Lacombe are on the orders of a typical Périgord farm where they raise and rinse geese and ducks with the cereals they produce. The visit of the farm, with demonstration of gavage at 18 p. m., then allows to taste the dish of specialities in full knowledge of things. Rillettes, foie, conflict conflict, salad, walnut cake. You can also buy farm-made, traditional, goose and duck-based products and dine every day of July and August except Sunday evening or all year on reservation to enjoy traditional cuisine.
