For ten generations, Ferme du Roussel has been perpetuating family know-how, offering artisanal meats, oils and soaps.
Isabelle and Pauline run Ferme du Roussel, a family farm that has been committed to organic farming for over 25 years. They produce Bordeaux veal and Gascon pork, transformed into charcuterie, preserves and ready-made meals. They also produce a renowned walnut oil, homemade jams and, since 2023, hemp for oils, herbal teas and soaps. In November 2024, their organic, hazelnut-flavored Gascon pork sausage won a gold medal at the Lyon international competition, a fine recognition of their artisanal know-how.
