This fine establishment enjoys a privileged position in ruelle aux Chats, an emblematic street in the city's historic center. In this gastronomic restaurant, the two chefs attach great importance to the quality of the products they work with: everything is local! Auvergne specialties are sublimated, prepared and served with passion. When it comes to wine, they can call on the advice of a typically Trojan cellar at the foot of the cathedral. The pleasant little terrace is a real eye-catcher. Gustatory satisfaction is promised, as well as a perfect time thanks to attentive service.

Food was also great. Highlights for us were the langoustine starter and the sweetbreads main.
Après avoir été très bien accueilli, nous avons pu déguster entrées plats et desserts subtilement préparés, accompagnés d'un Chablis proposé dans une carte des vins finement étudiée.
Le prix est proportionnel à la qualité de cette cuisine recherchée, le tout dans un superbe lieu du XVIIème siècle, emblématique de la magnifique ville de Troyes. Un sans faute !
