The Café de la Paix, with its charming brasserie, La Table du Marché, is an institution in Troyes. You can't miss this large building, next to the elegant covered market. The facade is simple, but it is a real little treasure hidden inside. You enter a retro room, 1930's style, where the Mélin family will welcome you warmly, like a regular visitor. Behind, you will find a small, intimate terrace, bordered by greenery, a place that invites you to eat well and enjoy serenity. The cuisine of Alexandre, the chef, is simply delicious, inventive, well presented and varied: the fillet of beef with pepper sauce will delight you, the andouillette from Thierry's will remain in your gastronomic memories, and what about the chocolate blinis? When quality mingles with conviviality, and the chef goes out to ask about customer satisfaction, there's only one thing to do: run for it!

Des patrons extra et très accueillants
La carte est diversifiée les prix sont très corrects
Les plats sont bien servis et c est très copieux
On y mange très bien.
Bien situé au centre ville.
Service et restauration au top. Une brasserie traditionnelle ! Foncez !!!
- terrine de lapin aux noisettes avec pain grillé et pain frais et petits cornichons ;
- andouillette de Troyes et pommes de terre sautées avec moutarde de Dijon ;
- chaource ou fromage blanc ou dessert au choix ;
Le tout accompagné d’une flûte de vin de Champagne.
Ambiance et service convenable et bon rapport qualité/prix.
