The cuisine of Alexandre, the chef, is simply delicious, inventive, well presented and varied: the fillet of beef with pepper sauce will delight you, the andouillette from Thierry's will remain in your gastronomic memories, and what about the chocolate blinis? When quality mingles with conviviality, and the chef goes out to ask about customer satisfaction, there's only one thing to do: run for it!
