Set in an immense green park between forest and vineyard, this estate brings together the foie gras production site, a sales shop and the Gansaliesel Stebel restaurant, extended by a terrace. Lunch here is by reservation only. On the menu: duo of goose and duck foie gras, duck baeckeoffe, sauerkraut with goose... After these "agapes", a visit to the shop allows you to stock up on foie gras, rillettes, confits, magrets, ready-made dishes and other local products.
