We are welcomed with kindness and a big smile: Cécile, who opened this Pilates studio in 2018, sets the tone right away. Whether you're a fan or a beginner, her group classes are very clear, good for your morale... and for your abs! From Monday to Thursday, Cécile welcomes small groups of 10 people maximum for an intimate atmosphere, during 45 min, and undertakes breathing exercises, and slow and tonic movements. Our muscles work harder than we think! On registration only, by sms or email (with or without commitment).

The FIT' STUDIO electrostimulation center welcomes you in the heart of Maisons-Laffitte. Easily accessible and located in a well-kept setting, this center offers new techniques to work your whole body and obtain optimal results in the shortest possible time: health, strength, endurance, well-being, weight loss, etc. Try out the EMS training equipment or have a body coach accompany you to precisely evaluate your muscle mass, fat mass, water volume, etc. The center also offers sports coaching accessible to all those who want to stay in shape or reach new goals. Cardio and cross training, muscle strengthening, soft disciplines, sports preparation... All sessions are supervised by state-qualified coaches.
