A beautiful gastronomic address on the edge of the protected area and the old town of Périgueux. A talent to discover.
In the center of Périgueux, the chef Cyril Haberland has an impressive track record with Anne, his wife. The setting is warm and modern, like a sober setting given to the culinary treasures of the Southwest. The producers are carefully selected: veal from the Dordogne, black truffles from the Périgord, parsnips from Fouleix, sturgeon and caviar from Neuvic... A real local gastronomic cuisine. In fine weather, the terrace is very pleasant. The rich wine cellar offers Bergerac wines of good quality, but also hides some fine wines from Margaux, Pommard, Condrieu or Savennières.

De la salle cosy où on se sent bien au service impeccable et personnalisé jusqu’à l’assiette ou c’est à chaque fois une explosion de saveurs !
Nous découvrons et apprécions grandement les créations du chef, nous apprécions là gentillesses des serveurs, bref à chaque fois nous passons une soirée à la hauteur de nos attentes.
La cuisine est pleine de surprise …vivement la nouvelle carte!!!!!
