This brasserie has a beautiful terrace. Enjoy their French and Perigord cuisine and the many concerts in the summer.

Café de la Place is one of Périgueux's oldest brasseries, and its vintage, retro atmosphere makes it a popular spot for customers looking to get together with friends. This local institution offers traditional French and Périgord cuisine: homemade country terrine, semi-cooked foie gras, duck confit, a plate of local cheeses... The lively terrace is often packed as soon as the sun comes out. Since December 2023, the place has been taken over by the owner of the well-known Watson and Le Petit Caviste!

Nous sommes arrivées à 14h30 et nous venons seulement d’être servi à 15h30 1h après , de plus nous avons commander une gaufre nutella et nous avons reçu une gaufre au chocolat …
Surtout que la terrasse ne déborde pas …

Nous sortons tout juste du restaurant, où l’ambiance et super, les employés sont géniaux et la cuisine est au top ! Produit frais de qualité ! Une attention toute particulière pour les femmes en cette soirée de saint Valentin , une jolie rose offerte à ses dames.

On passait boire un verre avec 4 amis , et au lieu d'aller comme la plupart au Watson's ,on a opté pour cette brasserie chic et posée.

Très bon choix de notre part, avec du Queen en son d'ambiance, et une serveuse très amicale qui nous a même offert le Virgin Mojito.

On reviendra avec plaisir
