A real bourguignon, a sweetbread fricassee with smoked bacon... Everything is appetizing and well prepared, it's worth the detour! De passage, nous avons trouvé la cuisine excellente, recherchée et soignée. Nous avons juste trouvé la portion de la canette et du lieu jaune un peu juste. La pièce de bœuf était parfaite, fondante et cuite à la perfection.
