Address with terrace and garden in Périgueux proposing meats on the spit and an aperitif formula on Friday.
Situated in a rather quiet area side of the restaurant, this Roasting is well attended. In a very bright frame, cérusé panelling and old stone, fresh and comfortable squares, it is welcomed by Anne-Hélène. His husband Eric, who is on his head constantly while he is not a Basque, holds in the kitchen. Rotisserie is its preferred tool, the meat is well treated with slow cooking such as the fermier chicken. And of course the beef coast of Limousin is the home star. The chef pays very close attention to the provenance of his meat which are all labeled, or almost. A carte pig half foot, a cocott'burger and a lemon-flavored cream. You can choose between the two or three options of the menu menu. The wine list enjoys regional land but also the bourgognes, minervois and côtes-du-rhône. Some Friday evening, an aperitif formula allows guests with a pass to pick up dishes at the right time. In the summer, the beautiful garden shaded terrace is available to guests.
