In the respect of the traditions and the "pastry cooks" of the XVIIth century, the expertise in truffles, foie gras, duck breast, ham and cheese.

Francis Delpey, the owner of the restaurant, is a kind of one-man band of gastronomy in Périgueux. Crazy about truffles, he loves to put them in the spotlight, summer and winter. He is part of all the gourmet events of the city. In his little store, he offers you a lot of things to do, including the famous pâté de Périgueux. To get to know this character, you have to sit on his charming shaded terrace and melt in front of a gourmet plate composed of foie gras, duck breast, ham, rillettes, cheese and nuts. Unforgettable!

Francis Delpey's cooking makes the visit worth it.
I had the opportunity to eat at the Space of the Sixth Sense such unique foods as popped corn in goose fat, Black Truffle tapinade, and foi gras. I felt like I had my first introduction to the creativity and delectable nature of French cooking by our host Frances Delpey. Thank you Francis.
