You will discover vegetarian and vegan specialities, fine, well worked. It's daring in the land of foie gras, yet it makes sense! You can come here out of curiosity, but it's so good that you'll come back to enjoy it, vegetarian or not! The mini egg rolls at the Echourgnac hatch are to die for. To pass them on, dare the home-made Kéfir. It's healthy, it's good, what more could you ask for?
