Champagne Pascal Walczak is a family estate located in Les Riceys, in the south of Champagne. Since 1973, it has cultivated 10 hectares of vines using sustainable viticulture methods (HVE & Terra Vitis certified). Among its emblematic cuvées, the Brut Prestige seduces with its blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay: an elegant champagne with notes of dried fruit and brioche. The estate also offers a gîte, Les Perrières, which can accommodate 6 people in three rooms renovated in traditional Champagne style, in the heart of the vineyards.
