The Grand Hotel Pélisson, located in the city centre, allows you to visit on foot the Jardin des Arts, the old streets, the shop and the workshop of Nontron's knife, the oldest knife in France. This house, which has been passed down from generation to generation, now belongs to Marie Mulet, a Perigordian at heart who has retained a family spirit. She has given the establishment a facelift. The rooms are very comfortable and decorated in a contemporary style. The Chef, Eric Daubert, a master restaurateur and member of the Toques du Périgord, offers a local cuisine that varies according to the market and its inspirations: monkfish cassolette with Bergerac wine, minute of pork à la vigneronne, crème brûlée with cardamom. For each menu, you can choose a food and wine pairing (2 to 3 glasses proposed).

Plein de photos qui donnent envie sur le site. Même pas installer dans la salle du restaurant me l'a salle du petit déjeuner. Repas essentiel on dirait de la bouffe du bistrot qualité cantine routière a 130 € la soirée étape.
