100% Périgord organic caviar and sturgeon production estate, open to guided tours (by reservation only).

Created in 2011 by Laurent Deverlanges, the Caviar de Neuvic company raises sturgeon and produces six tons of caviar per year, in the middle of the Périgord! Various eco-responsible approaches are implemented to preserve the environment: the caviar is certified organic. The estate also offers guided tours of the fish farm, ending with a product tasting (caviar, of course, but also sturgeon rillettes or caviar butter).

I added two pics with the tags on the back of the boxes. Unfortunately, I can't do the same for the six other boxes we bought since they were gifted to friends. Please provide an email rather than a phone number if you can. Thank you so very much for your support.

My parents bought three sel truffé, three caviar séché and two of the $80 something to gift. We tried the sel truffé that had absolutely no smell or taste and were very disappointed by it. We also tried the caviar séché and it was OK, just not impressive or interesting. We hope the two $80 something else we gifted were better. Otherwise it just all landed as a lame gift. Unfortunate. We will never buy again there.

Très belle découverte du site Caviar de Neuvic.
Nous avons débuté par une dégustation généreuse de produits du domaine ; suivie d'un repas concocté par le chef Julien, digne des plus grands restaurants.
La visite a été perturbée par le mauvais temps (d'où le manque de photos) mais notre guide, passionné par son métier et d'une extrême gentillesse, nous a proposé une belle visite commentée en golfette.
Merci à tous pour ce moment merveilleux passé en votre compagnie
Nous reviendrons au beau temps profiter d'un petit "bain" avec les esturgeons.

La formule complète est d'un très bon rapport qualité prix

Visite de la boutique. Achat de quelques souvenirs. Pour l'achat d'une boite de beurre au caviar, le vendeur nous a remis une micro glacière pour le transport à bonne température. Merci.

Lovely time spent here learning about the sturgeon and caviar production. Had a delicious meal following a tour of the grounds.
