A visit to make absolutely! You will discover the facets of the profession to obtain a good oil, by respecting the traditions.
The Moulin de la Veyssière is the last remaining 16th-century walnut oil mill in the area, owned by the same family since 1857. The walnut kernels and hazelnut kernels are ground on the millstone. Once the fruit has been crushed, the resulting paste is kneaded and slowly heated in a cast-iron pan. It is then pressed, and the oil flows out, perfuming the mill with its subtle fragrance. It is then decanted and packaged without additives or preservatives. Visit the museum, the conservatory orchard and the mill free of charge.

Après avoir passé commande d'huile de noix, de noisette, et farine de noisette qui est excellente pour faire de la pâtisserie,
J'aimerais un jour visiter votre moulin et votre region que je ne connais pas du tout.
