Vignobles et Découvertes. Low season: open Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 6pm. High season: Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 6pm. Open all year round. High season from Easter to end of October and Christmas. Free admission 10 €; On reservation: Initiation Workshops 4 formulas to choose from (1h30); Gourmet Workshops 2 formulas to choose from (2h): 4 champagnes and 4 complementary cheeses or 4 champagnes and 4 chocolates in harmony; Sports Workshop (3h): canoe trip and tasting of 2 champagnes (12 people minimum). Site accessible to the disabled (excluding greenhouse and dovecote).

Champagne DEVAUX: "The best demand of time"

Founded in 1846, Champagne DEVAUX today occupies an 18th-century manor house in the heart of the Côte des Bar vineyards, in a superb park on the banks of the Seine, dominated by a rare 17th-century dovecote. A place steeped in history, where you can discover an entertaining wine trail on Champagne and champagnization. Our passionate team will then share with you, during a tasting session, the secrets of our champagnes, which combine character and elegance. Our Terroirs de Coeur champagnes, "the most beautiful reflections of the Côte des Bar", Collection D, "at least 5 years old", Les Classiques, "at least 3 years old", and Sténopé, "the portrait of the vintage", are all associated with the highest standards of quality (vines in conversion to the BIO appellation, plot selection, use of cuvée, or even cœur de cuvée, partial vinification in barrels, incorporation of reserve wines, soléra technique, extended maturation time..), all with an assertive style, but above all wines that create pleasure!
