Daughter of a harvester-manipulator and a harvester-manipulator herself, Brigitte Baroni set up her own winery in 1980. She manages a 2.5 ha vineyard located in Celles-sur-Ource, Landreville and Viviers-sur-Artaut, producing around 20,000 bottles a year. Its range includes Champagne Brut Tradition and Rosé de cuvaison. On the tour, you'll discover a traditional working method, with a wooden press and bottles lying on laths.
