A local distillery for tasty spirits. Everything here is organic, grown on site. A special mention for gin lovers.
Loïs and Nolwenn Gauthier, brother and sister, opened their business on the family farm in 2021. One is a master distiller, trained in Scotland, the other is specialized in agricultural transition. Labeled organic, their spirits are created from plants grown in their one-hectare garden, also organic, of course. The range currently includes a pastis and a gin, as well as seasonal variations on the gin, to be discovered at markets and other summer festivals, and in several boutiques in the region.
