And to accompany all this wine, would you like a little bit of cheese? This one is out of the ordinary. You had to be a bit adventurous to make Dutch cheese in the Périgord. The second generation has taken over to offer you a whole range of different flavours: goudas with cumin, herbs, tomato, garlic and onion or fenugreek. At the end of the year, the truffle gouda is a hit. The shop is always busy and you can also find it on the markets of the region. Let yourself be tempted, it's delicious!
