                            Jean-Luc Bousquet's establishment is located at the foot of the cliffs that can be contemplated from the swimming pool, which is located in a flowered park, bordered by a stream. The quality of welcome and services is here, without fail. The rooms, which are classic, are comfortable and have all been renovated. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but takes care of booking for groups and half boarders in the surrounding tables.

2 points tr%u00e8s graves sur lesquels la direction de l'h%u00f4tel doit imm%u00e9diatement travailler :
- des souris se baladent dans le bar : on les entend grignoter et on les voit se promener . c'est inadmissible, les mesures d'hygi%u00e8ne ne sont pas respect%u00e9es, la direction ne fait pas les efforts minimums que l'on est en droit d'exiger dans tout h%u00f4tel en France (campagne, ville, mer, montagne)
- le management a besoin d'une formation en urgence : hurlements de la manager pendant 15 minutes (20 ?) contre un(e) salari%u00e9(e) que tous les clients pr%u00e9sents ont pu entendre du rdc au dernier %u00e9tage et m%u00eame %u00e0 l'ext%u00e9rieur (elle hurlait avec toutes les fen%u00eatres du restaurant ouvertes), nous avons imm%u00e9diatement manifest%u00e9 notre agacement aupr%u00e8s de plusieurs membres du personnel, fatalistes (c'est normal visiblement et un mode de management accept%u00e9 ?) => nous sommes sortis de l'h%u00f4tel pour ne plus entendre ces g%u00e9r%u00e9miades. la manager n'est pas venue s'excuser, inadmissible
A noter enfin, pas d'ascenseur dans un h%u00f4tel 4 %u00e9toiles sur 5 %u00e9tages, ce n'est plus possible en 2020
