Nous n'étions que de passage avec une seule nuit à l'hotel. C'est un établissement atypique où vous pouvez venir en toute confiance. L'accueil est chaleureux, la literie confortable et le petit déjeuner de qualité !! Que demander de plus !!!

un super accueil. Tout est fait pour transformer un lieu ancien en un havre de paix. Cela demande beaucoup d’investissement et de cœur.
Cela se ressent dans le petit déjeuner, il y a beaucoup de petit détail pour créer un moment de bien-être pour bien démarrer la journée. Merci au hôtes de ce lieu.
Une région dans nos racines d’hominidés.

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé (300 m du centre historique)Bien que relativement ancien il n'en reste pas moins très confortable bien équipé et d'une propreté avérée,par ailleurs il dispose d'une très belle terrasse et d'un petit jardin arboré permettant de boire un verre ou de se restaurer.
les propriétaires sont très sympa professionnels et à l'écoute de leurs clients mais la cerise sur le gâteau c'est le restaurant les plats élaborés avec des produits locaux par les propriétaires sont un véritable festival des goûts et des saveurs (digne des meilleurs restaurants).
Les tarifs sont très raisonnables pour ce type de prestations.
Si de passage dans la région établissement fortement conseillé .

Super emplacement, prèsde tout. La chambre est grande et bien meublée. Les repas sont fantastiques nous avons manger les deux soirs. Je vous recommande.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix, un hôtel très propre, raffiné sans ostentation, un couple accueillant,tout pour se sentir à l'aise.
Beaucoup de passage sur la route devant, très atténué par des huisseries de bonne qualité.
Le restaurant était fermé mais les conseils prodigués par les patrons, nous ont permis de très bien manger au Louna, accompagnés de bons blues.

Old World charm with a casual vibe and modern amenities. The brilliant new owners of this venerable hotel have brought the classic property back to life for today's scholars, cyclists, and cave explorers in Les Eyzies. Guests have every modern comfort in spotless rooms tucked against the same cliff face that sheltered early modern humans. (The Abri Cro-Magnon is immediately adjacent to the hotel.) Friends and I particularly enjoyed the large, pleasant outdoor terrace and the comfortable interior lounge. Good swimming pool too -- a welcome bonus on unusually hot days this September. Breakfast is ample and self-service for breads, fruit, cheese, meats, yogurt, cereal, juice and coffee. Fresh eggs cooked to order. The Hotel le Cro-Magnon is a short, flat walk from the commercial center of Les Eyzies and the superb Museum of Prehistory. There are restaurants in the center, but if dining is available at the Cro-Magnon, choose to eat there without hesitation. Excellent food is served beautifully. There is no elevator/lift, so take that into consideration when packing your bags and selecting your room. I recommend Hotel Le Cro-Magnon with enthusiasm.

Lovely setting in an elegant mix of old and modern. Rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and comfy with large beds. Pretty pool area for relaxing on warm days. Lovely breakfast and excellent food & drink. Great location in a pretty town by the Vézère river with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops and close to several attractions.

But most of all, come here for the service. Jan and Ruud and the rest of the team go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfy.

Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Very friendly owners do their best to welcome you. Room was nice. Very pleasant terrace and pool area outside. Found the food for dinner really tasty and well made. Coffee at breakfast not strong enough for me but you can ask for an espresso should you wish to. Very friendly staff. I'd definitely recommend this family run hotel!

Lovely traditional hotel brought up to modern standards. Warm service is the keyword of this lovely place. Clean and comfy rooms, excellent pool and terrace area. Perfect continental breakfast and restaurant with varied menu. Exquisite bar with local, personal and even some Belgian beer favorites. Other great dining places close by which Jan and Ruud will help book for you if wanted. These guys are just awesome <3

Sfeervol (oud) hotel met het nodige comfort. Details die verouderd zijn werden bewaard met de nodige charme, en zijn niet storend. Alle comfort en moderne noden zijn voldaan, tot op minibar/ airco en chromecast toe.

Zeer gastvrije eigenaars, stonden desondanks een volzet eigen restaurant direct bij met het boeken van een maaltijd bij een collega in de straat.

Erg goed ontbijt! Een aanrader.

Ich habe zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Hotel verbracht und mich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich, zugewandt und sehr hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück gibt es eine hochwertige Auswahl an Süßem und Herzhaftem und leckere Brötchen. Das Restaurant bietet eine schöne Auswahl an z.T. regionalen Speisen an, man isst dort ausgezeichnet.
Das ganze Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders interessant ist die Lage direkt am Fels.
Parken konnte man ganz unproblematisch direkt vor dem Haus auf hoteleigenen Parkplätzen.
Les Eyzies eignet sich wunderbar als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region.
Ich komme sicher nochmal wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à l’hôtel Cro Magnon!
L’hôtel est plein de charme et la décoration soignée. La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable.
Nous n’avons pas du tout souffert de la canicule car l’hôtel est bien climatisé et la piscine permet de se rafraîchir à tout moment.
Je recommande vivement le restaurant également, c’était un régal et un très bon rapport qualité-prix!!
Un grand merci à Jan et Ruud qui sont aux petits soins et d’une grande gentillesse!
Nous reviendrons au Cro Magnon, c’est une certitude!
