Foie Gras Grolière, a renowned artisan canner since 1960, is a sure bet for goose and duck, winning awards every year in Paris.
Since 1960, they have been perpetuating a recognized artisanal know-how, in both goose and duck. Every year, their products win medals at the Salon de l'Agriculture in Paris, as they did in 2025 with the second prize for their plain whole goose foie gras. Their range is constantly evolving, with new products such as goose rillettes. Fresh products are also available, including extra fresh duck breast. You can find their products in their stores in Sarlat (7 rue de la Liberté) and Le Bugue (20 place de l'Hôtel de Ville). The workshop can be visited in July and August (tasting).

Opening time and information on FOIE GRAS GROLIÈRE
Low season: open Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 6:30pm. High season: daily and public holidays, 9am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 7pm. Groups welcome (by reservation). The factory is closed on Sundays. Delivery possible (products can be purchased online from the website). Free factory tour and tasting.

51 medals in over 27 years at the Concours Agricole Paris and several Palmes d'Or du Périgord awards. Located in LE BUGUE EN PERIGORD, we have 3 stores: 2 in Le Bugue and 1 in downtown Sarlat. Tours of the Fabrique and free tastings in our 3 stores.
