Foie Gras Grolière, a renowned artisan canner since 1960, is a sure bet for goose and duck, winning awards every year in Paris.
Since 1960, they have been perpetuating a recognized artisanal know-how, in both goose and duck. Every year, their products win medals at the Salon de l'Agriculture in Paris, as they did in 2025 with the second prize for their plain whole goose foie gras. Their range is constantly evolving, with new products such as goose rillettes. Fresh products are also available, including extra fresh duck breast. You can find their products in their stores in Sarlat (7 rue de la Liberté) and Le Bugue (20 place de l'Hôtel de Ville). The workshop can be visited in July and August (tasting).
