The union between a native of Mayenne, Anthony and his partner Fumiko was as unlikely as the one of their kitchens is successful. Anthony trained in many starred restaurants and it is in one of them that he met Fumiko, passionate about pastry. This is how Japanese elegance was married to French gastronomy. Amazing experience. We discovered ASSA 5 years ago and said we would come back one day... and it was worth the waiting. Hopefully it doesn't take us another 5 years for the next visit.;)

Maravilloso. Muy recomendable!!!. La calidad de los productos, el trato del personal. La elaboración. El ingenio de los chefs. Es una experiencia en todo su esplendor. Pocos restaurantes puedo decir que estén a su altura. Una vez has comido allí comprendes que el precio está más que justificado . Magnífica fusión cultural y culinaria franco-japonesa. Felicidades Anthony y Fumiko!!!!
