Au menu à 25 € le plat "retour de la chasse....", soit, mais de la chasse a quoi ?

Un cadre simple mais authentique, un patron personnage haut en couleur et doté d'une culture impressionnante, un accueil chaleureux, un vin conseillé en parfaite harmonie avec les plats choisis et un instant de pur régal. La cuisine est fraiche, de saison et subtilement gouteuse. Une des toues meilleures tables de Blois, sans hésiter. Notre logeuse nous avait conseillé ce restaurant et nous n'avons pas été déçues. Nous n'avions pas réservé et on nous a trouvé une table lors du deuxième service vers 21h30.
Le menu Gourmandise m'aura séduite, une entrée surprenante qui associait faisselle de chèvre et betteraves, puis une pièce de boeuf tendre et parfaitement cuite. Mes amies ont pris le poisson du jour parfaitement cuit et le poulet à la cardamone, surprenant!

Visiting Blois, with friends, for a lounge of aviation, we had not reserved, but the owner can store things. The meal was neat, vegetables in short tour. Original spices. Attentive service. We enjoyed this evening much before the sound and light with close castle
