Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis dans un cadre raffiné, reflétant l'excellence du service et de la cuisine. Mon choix s'est porté sur le magret de canard, et quelle découverte !
Accompagné d'une sauce sublime, c'était un délice pour les papilles. Ici, on célèbre la cuisine de terroir avec une finesse inégalée. La cerise sur le gâteau de cette soirée a été la présence de mon ami Henri Bardouin, ajoutant une touche de convivialité à une soirée déjà parfaite.
Entre le service impeccable, souriant, et la cuisine exceptionnelle, Le Castelet est une adresse incontournable pour tous les épicuriens en quête de moments mémorables dans l'un des quartiers les plus charmants de Blois.
