Trained as a farmer and passionate about arboriculture, Marc Peyrey founded his company in 1988 at the gateway to Périgord. There, he developed a mastered mid-cooking technique, combining high standards, tradition and respect for the product. His signature product: confit tomato petals, Provençal-style, with parsley or spices. Semi-cooked fruits (blueberries, prunes d'Ente, mirabelles), ketchup and vinegars enrich a refined, award-winning range (Coq d'Or, Artisan Gourmand...). Authentic creations to take away, share or give as a souvenir of Périgourdine taste.
