Passionate about gastronomy and the art of eating well, Franck-Olivier Blin has been evolving in the world of cooking for over 16 years. After multiple experiences abroad in prestigious establishments, he settled down with his wife Hélène at the Halles Châtelet. There, in his laboratory, he concocts dishes combining French cuisine and influences from elsewhere. He uses low temperatures and long cooking times to concentrate flavors and preserve trace elements. Ideal when you don't have time to cook, during unexpected visits, parties, receptions... There are formulas dish of the day and salad at 6,90 euros or dish of the day, salad, dessert at 9 euros. Not forgetting the delicious home-made soups...
