Not forgetting Ethiopia and its metaphorically moka (where in Kaffa, coffee was born). There are unique and regenerating assemblages. But they are also beautiful alliances of all kinds of aromatic tea, delicious gingerbread breads and other ephemeral and renewed treats that enhance the enchanting smells of these ad hoc decoctions. At some times of the day, when the wind manifests itself in a certain sense, one can flower or watch a nose to discover one of these three stalls present to us delight. Still a… charm…
