Restaurant with terrace in Jaure serving fresh, local, seasonal and market products.
In the dining room where the stone and the exposed beams give a very rustic character, the tables are very nicely set. In the summer, it's pleasant to enjoy meal on the terrace overlooking the village. Serge Sanchez, very welcoming, is in the room and the Zyzak sisters are in the kitchen. They strive to work with fresh and local products depending on the seasons or the market. To fill the waiting time, you can have for example a zucchini soup. The two foie gras in crème brûlée and half-cooked are a treat. Then continue with a calf's head that leads to the homemade dessert: chocolate profiteroles.

Lieu très sympa et tranquille cadre agréable cuisine excellente prix raisonnable service à table impeccable mais il y a un petit "hic" cherchez bien et rectifiez et tout sera parfait et Je pourrais revenir.
