L'Atelier Saint Michel a ouvert il y a peu à Tours, un peu plus d'un an. On y trouve tous les produits de la marque, avec bien sûr les galettes, mais aussi les autres biscuits et quelques objets de décoration. On peut acheter en plus grands formats qu'en grande surface notamment, ce qui peut être pratique. Il y a aussi des formats plutôt destinés aux cadeaux ce qui est bien, et il y a quelques coupelles de dégustation.
