You can find creamery products, local products, as well as a variety of quality prepared meals. Our favorite ? Gourmets come from all over the Loire Valley to stock up on the delicious delicatessen specialities of Chantal and Bruno Goulay. And yet, in Tours, they know all about cochonnailles: that's how good the quality of the house is.
President of the Fédération des charcutiers-traiteurs which brings together three departments (Indre-et-Loire, Loir-et-Cher and Loiret), the Tourangeau Bruno Goulay, assisted by his wife Chantal, is a charcuterie craftsman in a town where charcuterie is an art. In addition to the classic, often award-winning specialities (his rillettes from Tours have won two medals), Bruno offers his customers the fruit of his creativity: bidouille (sausage with sainte-maure-de-touraine sausage) or délice tourangeau (desserts based on rillettes, rillons, dried pears and vouvray). You couldn't be more at home in the local area. Culinaries is delighted to present some of the jewels of the Goulay family's know-how.
